Jazz is an up-in-coming tattoo artist based in Boise, Idaho. She’s a first-generation Mexican American artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts through Boise State University. Over the years, her love for artistry has blossomed into a rewarding career in tattooing, enriched by her experience as an award-winning oil painter.
